Juliette Lefebure is the CEO of Observatoire de l'Immobilier Durable, a French independant association, bringing together 150+ companies from the whole real estate industry to develop knowledge, resources and tools aiming at accelerating the transition of the real estate sector in France and accross Europe. Over her 15+ years experience, she has developed strong ESG and climate expertise for the Real Estate and financial sectors. Prior to this role, she was responsible for the definition and integration of the Responsible Investment strategy across Global Real Assets portfolios of a leading European asset manager. She also worked as an ESG strategy consultant, supporting clients in the Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Equity sectors in defining their ESG strategy, setting ambitious targets and elaborating operational roadmaps.
