Tim Monger-Godfrey

Tim leads the strategic Portfolio and Asset Management of the Hines European Core Fund (HECF). He is responsible for the business plan execution, monitoring and reporting of c40 assets totaling €.3.2bn for HECF, covering all major sectors and geographies within Europe. In this role, Tim leads the Portfolio Management relationship with the local asset management teams across Europe, as well as coordinating key central functions including reporting, tax, and structuring., Tim joined Hines in 2022 and is the London representative of the Alliance for Veteran Engagement at Hines (AVE). Prior to joining Hines, Tim was a Director at AEW Europe, where he spent eight years, latterly as a Portfolio Manager in their Separate Accounts team. In this role, he was responsible for c€1.5bn of Separate Accounts across Europe. Prior to that he held investment management and advisory roles at Pradera and CBRE. Tim started his career at JLL’s office investment team in London and Brussels. Tim holds an MA in Geography from Oxford University and a PGDip in Surveying from the College of Estate Management. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. Outside of the office, Tim is an officer in the British Army Reserves and enjoys running, having completed several world major marathons. He lives in West Sussex with his wife, two young children, and labradoodle.
